03/4/13 -On March 1 Jillian Prentice helps break a 30 yr old U of Richmond record in the DMR by running a 4:48 1600m leg.
02/16/13 - Jill Prentice anchors her DMR team to victory at the A-10 Conference Championships.
02/12/13 - Jill Prentice (2010) placed 2nd in the 3K (9:40) at the Collegiate Invitational Feb 2.
01/14/13 - Robbie Robinson (2010) of Monmouth U ran a 7.34 (60M) to finish 3rd at the Princeton New Year Invitational
Ian MacPherson (2010) of West Point ran a 2:30.16 (1000M) to place 3rd at the Army 6 –Way Meet
Carl Keri (2010) of DeSales ran a 7.60 (60M) at the Lehigh Fast Times Meet
12/10/12 - Lara Shegoski helped JHU make history
11/19/12 -Lara Shegoski runs 22:39 at the NCAA D3 XC championships her team - Johns Hopkins - wins the championship!
11/01/12 - Lara Shegoski received their second career all-conference honors and will be traveling to the D3 NCAA XC finals
11/09/12 - Jill Prentice led the way for Richmond, finishing 14th individually in a field of 255 runners with a time of 21:01.28 (6K). Prentice was the top Atlantic 10 finisher in the field.
10/27/12 - Jillian Prentice of Richmond placed 3rd in the Atlantic 10 Championships running 17:42 for the 5K course in Philadelphia.
10/1/12 - At Baylor Mike Stanley ran a 16:07 (9-8-12) at the UTA Season Opener
On Sept. 15 Lara Shegoski ran a 22:57 (6K) to place 8th overall for Johns Hopkins at the Navy Women’s XC Invite. Two weeks later Lara ran 22:30 at the Paul Short Run.
Jillian Prentice ran 21:56 (6K) at the Charlotte Invitational held Sept. 28th.
9/1/12 -Jill Prentice (2010) University Richmond - opened her junior campaign with a second-place showing of 10:37.7 (2 mile) at the 11th annual running of the Spider Alumni Open at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va - Video
9/1/12 - Joseph Heebner (2011) of Case Western ran the 6K in the 12th Annual Bill Sudeck XC Classic with a time of 22:16
8/31/12 = Lara Shegoski (2010) of Johns Hopkins placed third overall for with a time of 18:55 (5K) at the 2012 Baltimore Metro Cross Country Meet.
8/31/12 - Mike Stanley (2011) Baylor ran a 20:02 (6K) at the 2012 Bear Twilight Invite

Fiona Paladino (class 2011) of Norte Dame in her competition claimed second place with a high jump of 1.68m (ca. 5’6”). The jump was good for a BIG EAST Championships berth. Fiona also finished 6th place in the long jump. Read more.

Richmond XC Coach - "For the women, stellar sophomore Jill Prentice led the way for Richmond, finishing 26th individually in a field of 240 runners, with a time of 21:04.9.( NCAA Southeast Regional ) Prentice became the first-ever women’s individual champion at this year’s A-10 Championship with a second-fastest time in championship history in the 5K. Jillian Prentice (class ’10) running the 3000m (9:55.39) which currently ranks as the NCAA Freshman (#6) and NCAA (#32) in the nation for the 2011 Outdoor season. Jillian has also run the 1500m (4:44.03) and 5000M (16:48.32) which ranks her 7th in the NCAA for freshman and 47th overall.
Carl Keri (class ’10) of De Sales has season bests 11.58 (100m), 23.65 (200m) and 55.42 (400m).
Robbie Robinson (class ’10) competing for Monmouth Univesity has season best of 11.35 (100m) and 23.39 (200m).
Lara Shegoski (class ’10) running for John Hopkins has run 10,000 m in 37:20:56.
